My team is dedicated to serving you!  I specialize in listing and selling homes.  While Terri Gilgour specializes in helping buyers, we both have experience working with short sales.

My husband, Ron Talcott, is the go-to guy who assists with day-to-day operations.  Patricia Franklin, #1 daughter, helps with marketing and special projects.

I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). Each of those designations required hours of specialized study and exams. I put all that additional training and experience to work for you.  I specialize in residential property -- new  and resale, single family and multi-family -- for individuals and for investors.

I have been a full-time real estate professional since 1997 and am licensed in Missouri and Kansas. Repeat business and referrals are the joy and lifeblood of my real estate practice. When you refer friends, relatives, or business associates to me, you can rest assured they will receive the world-class service they expect and deserve.

Ron and I also own and manage residential rental property. We are a members of the Landlords Association of Jackson County. Other professional affiliations include: Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, Missouri Association of Realtors (I am a member of the Board of Directors), National Association of Realtors, Heartland Multiple Listing Service, Council of Residential Specialists, and Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council.

I relocated from Tulsa, OK to the Kansas City area in 1994 when I married Ronald Talcott. We live in Lee's Summit so I am an expert in that area, but I work all over the metro area.

Ron and I share 3 children and 4 grandchilden.

We love spending time with our family, we are avid CHIEFS fans, and we both enjoy reading.
