I am certified as a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SRF), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). Each of those designations required hours of specialized study and exams. I put all that additional training and experience to work for you.  I specialize in residential property -- new  and resale, single family and multi-family -- for individuals and for investors.

I have been a full-time real estate professional since 1997 and am licensed in Missouri and Kansas. Repeat business and referrals are the joy and lifeblood of my real estate practice. I relocated from Tulsa, OK to the Kansas City area in 1994. After almost 20 years in Lee's Summit,  I moved to Independence MO in 2013. I work all over the metro area.

I am a member of the Rotary Club of Independence, the Independence Chamber of Commerce, and a Commissioner of the Independence Housing Authority and the Jackson County Board of Equalization.

I have 3 children and 5 grandchilden.  I love spending time with my family! We are avid CHIEFS fans, love music and working on my home and yard.
